the top one is probably an Armory poly set, the one with the sharp edges is a Gamescience poly set. I had to ink the bottom set myself as poly sets used to be sold uninked. You could get them inked, but that was extra money.
Earlier poly sets didn’t come with a d10 or a d-percent.
